Our firm began its consulting business by offering income tax preparation services to homeowners, whom many of them owned residential rentals and small businesses. Over the years, several professional services were added to our portfolio including the creation, formation, and incorporation of businesses; elevation of sole proprietorships to a corporate level; and act as Service Agent for these types of legal entities. Additionally, we offer business administration, designing payroll systems and act as a “Government liaison” for all types of businesses.
